Producers/Brokers
BPI requires
producers/brokers be appointed and appropriately licensed for sold business
regardless of whether commissions are withheld or paid by BPI.
Additional producers/brokers who are receiving commission payments
from BPI must also provide licensing as indicated below.
The producer is
determined by the information completed on the application area
labeled ‘Broker’.
Required for
Sold Business
License
Provide a copy of their individual or agency resident license.
Provide a copy of
their non-resident license for the group’s headquartered state, if
applicable.
Required to
Pay Commission

Provide the exact name and address the check
should be made payable to.
