Commissions 

Commissions may be withheld, entire or partial amounts, from the premium prior to remitting to BPI.  

Commission checks are issued once a month, within the first nine business days of the month.

The following items are required before any commissions will be paid.

                 Provide the exact name and address the check
                 should be made payable to.

W-9 Form with Tax Identification Number

Completed W-9 Form with Tax Identification Number.  This is provided by BP Inc.
